HUDSON HARBOR at Tarrytown, New York Phase 1 of Tarrytown's destination waterfront development is completed and ready for occupancy! This initial phase includes 36 town homes and 20 condominiums. The town homes range in size from 3,283 to 4,008 square feet. Each town home is four floors with its own personal elevator. The town homes range from three to four bedrooms and up to four and one half baths. A two-car garage at ground level accompanies each. The condominiums are located in the Stonehouse on the second and third floors. These units range from a 754 square foot one bedroom, one and a half bath residence to a 2102 square foot two bedroom, den and two and one half bath residence. On the main floor of the Stonehouse will be retail and commercial conveniences including a gourmet restaurant, a boutique wine shop and a fresh bakery. The clubhouse, which will be completed next year, will include a state of the art fitness center, an outdoor pool and sundeck, two guest suites and treatment rooms. Hudson Harbor will most likely achieve a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) rating. Residences will cost much less to operate than conventional homes due to geothermal heating and cooling, healthy insulation and dual pane windows. I am truly impressed with the details of the artisan craftsmanship. The architecture and views are superb! Residences are elegantly appointed with mahogany floors, granite kitchen countertops, top of the line appliances, the finest natural stone such as marble and limestone, and a full size washer and dryer. With the direct location on the Hudson river and very close proximity to the Tarrytown's metro north train, what else could you ask for? As a member of the Tarrytown Waterfront Advisory Committee, I am very excited to be involved with Tarrytown's future. And, as a REALTOR for Hudson Shores Realtors, I am ready to offer you my services in purchasing a home at Hudson Harbor. Condominiums start at $495,000 and town homes at $1.2 million. Be one of the first to views models at Hudson Harbor by calling or e-mailing me with your contact information. Adjacent to Hudson Harbor will be a completely redesigned public waterfront park with Tarrytown's section of the RiverWalk. Completion of Tarrytown's waterfront park is slated for the summer of 2009 to coincide with the quadra-centennial celebration of Henry Hudson's sailing up the Hudson river.
